We provide support for local churches and para-church organizations looking to fine-tune their ministries.

As a training company, DMI is available to support local churches and para-church organizations in their efforts to fine-tune their ministries so they are functioning consistent with God’s Eternal Purpose and Plan and focusing their ministries to fulfill His priorities. DMI provides ministry support by:

  • The evaluation of the organization’s vision and mission.
  • Assisting the ministry’s leadership team with determining the necessary adjustments to the organization’s purpose and plan, structure, and practices
  • Providing mission support through personnel training, programing, curriculum development, mentoring, etc.

The DMI Academy

In order to support those who want to make disciples or who have a desire to teach others how to make disciples, DMI Academy is being developed so Believers have access to a training and equipping program. They may choose to complete just the courses they need to support their desire to make disciples or they may choose to complete the courses required to qualify for Disciple Maker Certification.

Coaching

One of the most important services that DMI offers is coaching. Protocols and personnel are currently being developed, and the projected time for launching the DMI coaching program will be Spring 2020. In the meantime, coaching opportunities will be available on a limited basis for those who are currently in leadership and training positions. Coaching can be experienced one-on-one or in a group. It can be in person, by phone, or by video conference.
