Disciple Makers Insititue (DMI)is a Christian company that focuses on supporting local church and para-church ministries committed to fulfilling the Eternal Purpose and Plan of God. At DMI we maintain our True North through our Vision and the day-to-day execution of our Mission.

DMI’s Vision is to see God’s people demonstrate a clear understanding of God’s Eternal Purpose and Plan, exercise the role they have in the execution of God’s Plan, and make it their “Life Mission” to be “All In.”

Our Mission

DMI’s Mission is to support the local church and para-church organizations that are committed to establishing ministries that focus on creating and maintaining a Biblical culture and ministry environment that focuses on evangelism and training Believers to be authentic disciples of Jesus Christ, who support the spiritual health and unity of the believers in their spheres of influence, and who are equipped to be “Disciple Makers.”

What We Do

As a training company, DMI is available to support local churches and para-church organizations in
their efforts to fine-tune their ministries so they are functioning consistent with God’s Eternal Purpose
and Plan and focusing their ministries to fulfill His priorities. DMI provides ministry support by:

Mission Evaluation

The evaluation of the organization’s vision and mission; the role of members of the leadership team and support personnel; policies and best practices regarding governing structures, budgeting, planning, traditional activities and programs.

Leadership Assistance

Assisting the ministry’s leadership team with determining the necessary adjustments to the organization’s purpose and plan, structure, and practices to be certain the ministry reflects the Eternal Purpose and Plan of God and supports the Biblical mandate of “Making Disciples.”

Mission Support

Providing mission support through personnel training, programing, curriculum development, mentoring, coaching, project planning, and an organizational structure that removes obstacles to the work of the Holy Spirit in and through their ministry.
